Gather with like minded community on the third Wednesday evening of each month in different locations around North Devon for this sensory experience of connecting with the elements, the earth, yourself and one another.
I will guide you on some of my favourite walks around here, we are so blessed to have such beauty on our doorsteps so to bring mindfulness and meditation together with nature is going to be a really unique and grounding experience.
My intention is for there to be lots of connection, laughter, and togetherness, and in the quiet moments inspiration, empowerment and invigorating energy.
The optional dip is exactly that, optional- you can take it or leave it. There will be a lovely spot where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view or take some moments to close down your eyes and just be with the sounds around you.
This is a complete sensory and nature immersion with your local community and as always, led by the heart and intuition.

FAQs
What shall I wear?
This is totally dependant on the weather, when it’s cooler I reccomend layers as you soon warm up walking but may like your layers for the meditation and breathwork.
On hot days sun cream, sunglasses and sun hats are advised.
If you’re dipping why not pop your swimming costume underneath your clothes for ease?
Trainers would be most comfortable but there will be walks that I recommend you are barefoot, for example on the beach but when we’re walking by rivers I suggest trainers due to uneven and rocky ground.
What shall I bring?
A water bottle to stay hydrated, swimming is totally optional so if you’re dipping please bring a towel and swim wear. If you’d like to sit on something for your meditation you could bring a towel or blanket.
if it’s hot you may like to pack sun cream, sunglasses and a hat.
Where shall I park?
When you make your booking I will include suggestions for parking, whilst parking costs would be additional I recommend you car sharing to save cost, look after the planet and keep each other company.
Will these events go ahead no matter what the weather?
These events are about embracing nature and her elements so we will go ahead unless it’s extreme weather conditions that would not be safe. With your dry robes, layers and waterproofs if you need them, you can’t go wrong and sometimes being in nature in rain and fog has been some of my most memorable and exhilarating walks as they’ve felt the most freeing.
We soon get warm walking, and it will feel extra cosy returning home for a hot shower or bath and dinner!
